称取本品55g，加入蒸馏水或去离子水1L，搅拌加热煮沸至完全溶解，分装三角瓶。勿高压灭菌，冷至50℃，每200毫升培养基加入0.05%无菌亚碲酸钾溶液(029220)1ml，如需增强对杂菌的抑制作用，可添加0.01mg头孢克肟至200毫升培养基中，混匀并倾注灭菌培养皿。Suspend 55 g in 1 L of distilled or deionized water.Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder.Distribute into flasks.Do not autoclave.Cool to 50℃.Add 1 ml of 0.05% sterile potassiun tellurite solution(029220)to 200 ml of the medium.If stronger inhibition to other bacteria is desired,add 0.01 mg cefixime to 200 ml of the medium.Mix thoroughly and pour into sterile Petridishes.
