称取本品56.5g，加入1 L蒸馏水或去离子水，搅拌加热煮沸至完全溶解，分装三角瓶，121℃灭菌15分钟。冷至50℃，将放线菌酮0.4 g、多粘菌素E 0.02g、盐酸吖啶黄0.005g、头孢双硫唑甲氧0.002g、磷霉素0.01g溶于5ml乙醇和5ml水中制成混合溶液并过滤除菌, 每100 ml培养基中加入1ml混合溶液，摇匀后倾注灭菌培养皿。Suspend 56.5g in 1 L of distilled or deionized water.Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder.Distribute into flasks.Autoclave at 121℃ for 15minutes and then cool to 50℃.Suspend 0.4g of cycloheximide,and 0.02g of colistin sulfater,and 0.01g of acriflavine HCI,and 0.002g of cefotetan,and 0.01g of fosfomycin in 5ml ethanol and 5ml distilled by filter,add 1ml of the mix solution to 100ml of the base medium.Mix thoroughly and pour into sterile Petri dishes.
