性状

无色单斜片状或棱柱体结晶或白色粉末。密度:1.653 ,熔点:101-102℃ ,沸点:86.9℃
折光率n20/D:1.45560在温热、干燥空气中风化,可溶于水及乙醇。无气味。150-160℃升华。在高热干燥空气中能风化。1g溶于7ml水、2ml沸水、2.5ml乙醇、1.8ml沸乙醇、100ml乙醚、5.5ml甘油,不溶于苯、氯仿和石油醚。0.1mol/L溶液的pH值为1.3。低毒,半数致死量(兔,经皮)2000mg/kg。

用途

在酸性镀锡中作络合剂,它与四氯化锡组成络合盐溶解在镀锡溶液中。一般加入量为24~25 g/L。还可用于铜件抛光。铝的草酸阳极氧化和硬质阳极氧化溶液中,以及硫酸盐镀铁和刷镀络等电镀液中。
